Worst company to work for. They have a very limited number of projects and once the current project comes to an end, immediately HR will send you a termination letter and never care about the employees.

Only good thing they have is their immigration team.

One recruiter here kept rescheduled calls so that we did not have a chance to talk before the interview but blamed me for not sharing info with him.

He went cracy after I politely turned down his tentative offer (We have not reached a firm agreement on the rate yet.) He kept blaming me for everything. This is definetely unprofessional and inappropriate. Things might not always work out. I am not supposd to tolerate my personal preference to accept his offer and make him happy.

Should I be mad to this recruiter if the hiring manger still chose to interview me with having another 1 or 2 suitable candidates on hold? Should I be mad to this recruiter if the hiring manger finally decided to proceed to other candidate other than me?

I would be upset but not take it personally and kept blaming the recruiter.

Iris Software is a wonderful company to work for. They were able to get everyone acclimated to work remotely during Covid 19 alert and the most important thing is that the company continued to support all their employees with job security throughout the pandemic.

Terrible experience, they will never pick up calls or follow up with you! Recruiter sets me up for interviews, spent hours on site meeting with bunch of people, and logically few days after emailed and called recruiter to collect feedback/get results...but absolutely no answer!! The person never bothered to answer my calls or at least send an email! This is unbelievable and so disrespectful. Stay away and don’t waste your time.
