If I could give this 0 stars I definitely would. Useless and pointless. No communication skills at all and they are very very rude. Horrible customer service. Every time I spoke to the engineer they always had an attitude and never seemed like they wanted the business. People like that shouldn’t work at a place that requires customer service. Overall bad experience will be taking my business elsewhere and making sure none of my colleagues use INTERTERK. Find better employees
