Previously, I used the Zillow rental application to screen tenants, but after being scammed by a person who submitted false documents and a fake application on the Zillow platform, I discovered Intellirent.com and its super-charged analytics and support services. I reached out to zillow to share my concerns about its review process, but I never received a reply. However, when I reach out to Intellirent with questions about its processes, I receive a thorough reply quickly.

I was interested in a property, but gave up after 1hour of attempting to complete their application. Based on reviews from other forums, I'm not the only potential tenant that they lost for property managers using this platform.

They require an extensively invasive process to include car details, bank account connection with access to details of your account transactions, etc.
The app is poorly built. Delayed entries require full sections to be reentered. File attachment issues. I couldn't even select the address of the property I was interested in, because it was not accounted for in their maps API or plugin.

When is this industry going to adopt a universal process, so we don't have to pay a fee for every apartment?

Fast and easy. I know several times that using Intellirent has been a time saver for renters applying. Working with multiple landlords when I hear they use Intellirent I know the application process is in good hands. 👍 I recommend.

I've been an Intellirent user for years and it has been a great service for Landlords and tenants. It pushes ads to most rental websites which makes available units more accessible to tenants. It also provides the easiest and most complete way to provide credit and background checks for potential applicants with ease. This is truly a win win for all parties involved.

As single father of 3 , we found our dream house that's blocks away from my kids school. Talked to agent everything was a thumbs up all I had to was submit my application . I did and this company replied back they couldn't pull my credit ? So I resubmitted my information and herd nothing back so now I'm starting to freak out because the agent text me that's another person who's interested in the unit . I finally get a call where they direct to another pay site because they said my SSC was locked even though it wasn't . I call and got to speak to someone which was frustrating because I was rushed off the phone once I asked to confirm that the issue was straighten out . NOPE nothing the next day I get email saying the home has ben rented out, I emailed them asking for my money back and once again NOTHING after multiple emails . I strongly advise pulling your own credit report before you submit an app with this company .

Say goodbye to paper applications. Intelligent has really simplified my process and has really helped easily send and receive applications and supporting documents. I did run into an issue early on but the technical support line was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend this service.

A fantastic service for landlords! I used the tenant screening service and it was so easy to use! Very fast turn around on tenant background checks, credit history and employment verification. I"m looking forward to using the rental property marketing feature next. I highly recommend Intellirent whether you have a single or multiple rental properties.
