It's funny how they claim to have the expertise on data security but didn't know much about the services that they offer - at least with their Customer Support. They were not trained enough or knowledgeable enough to explain the features and extent of their services. Instead, they hide their stupidity and incompetence behind their rudeness and irritability to customers or potential customers who are calling them.
