I can't say enough great things about the entire Integritechs team. We have used plenty of IT service providers over the years and Integritechs is unlike any other company we've used. They're responsive and solutions-oriented, while genuinely care about our company and team members. They also do a great job communicating with us in plain English and not just tech-speak. STOP! Please read before moving on to your next review!! Mr. Houston, Rick is exceptional in his line of work. Having an IT support could be a nightmare but thanks to Rick, and the whole team at Integritechs, they've made my computers and security a walk in the park for my business. I've recieved great proactive management from this company, they're on top of outages and monitoring to help decrease my down time while at work. The data security is amazing and they're well trained because I've not had a breech in my security since I've had Integritech. They actually saved my company from my prior IT company. These professionals are up to date in training and the response time is quick and effective. They took their time getting to know what I and my business are about and how they can fully meet my expectations. They've gone above and beyond to continually provide the best care for my business.
