Scott and I played phone tag for a while, but it wasn't his fault. It was mine. I move around a lot during the day and I kept missing his calls. He was very persistent in responding to my request for assistance and we finally had a chance to work on my printer issue. With only a little assistance from me he was able to reprogram my printer to take paper from the larger tray, instead of the small tray, and set it back as the default. YAY! Scott was WONDERFUL!! Now all is well, and my printer is functioning as it should!

I got a notice that my jumpcloud password needed to be reset but I kept getting the message "denied" and couldn't reset it. That is what started the long process of finding out that something is seriously wrong with windows on my laptop. Nathan worked on it for 2 hours today and got it back up and running but could not connect my HP App to get my printer connected, so he figured out a workaround. It appears as though there is an overall issue with windows on my laptop. Really appreciate all the help and patience from Nathan. At least I can get back to work!

Rick went above and beyond to help us address our technical issues with our domain. He was such an advocate for us with Bluehost and filtered so many calls, questions, emails, and texts over the last week. He was patient with my lack of knowledge about this issue and very sympathetic to how disruptive this problem was to our team.

He made himself available to me directly during business hours and outside of normal business hours. He is exceptional and I was so impressed with his level of integrity and commitment to resolving our issue.
