I began working with Cindy Campisi in September of 2017. I first reached out to her in late August/early September as I had been looking for someone to help me fight my private student loan debt. As like many of us out there, I was in $180,000 in debt (and growing) and the loan company wanted $1000 - $1200 per month. I felt incredibly burdened by the weight of the debt. So in a desperate attempt to get some help, after a losing battle with the loan company, I reached out to a student loan attorney in California seeking some advice. As presumed, he was not able to assist since his license didn't cross states, but said he knew a professional colleague in Phoenix (Cindy Campisi) and that maybe she could help.

Cindy probably spent 5+ hours in total between phone calls, emails, and in person meetings before she asked for a dime from me. She was incredibly patience and understanding of the situation I was in, and the sensitivity of how trying our next few weeks, months, and years might be. I recall her telling me that this process would take some time and therefore to get comfortable because our professional relationship would far exceed a few months. 🙂

In the last few years working with Cindy, she has taken that heavy burden I was carrying and helped to reduce it mentally, emotionally, and monetarily. She has settled over 30% of my debt (and she's not done yet), has reduced my monthly payment by 60%, and even more significant than money, she has lifted the stress and torment I felt for so many years because of this debt and helped to restore hope in a healthy financial future for not only myself but my family; anyone that is in this kind of situation, will know how true that statement is.

And let me also just add, Cindy has been more than accommodating with any of her service fees, which she most certainly earns and deserves!

In all sincerity, from the bottom of my heart, Cindy has been a gift sent directly from Heaven to me. Her wisdom, guidance, and patience, to stand on the battlefield of this greed stricken world and fight for something that most run from, is courageous and admirable.
I'm incredibly thankful for Cindy Campisi she has earned not only my respect but my friendship. I will be forever grateful for what she has done for me and for my family!

Have filed complaint with the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General.

I hired Cindy of Instant Settle Consultants, LLC in August of 2013 to help me settle debt on 3 credit cards after my employer started bouncing paychecks!

I’m filing this complaint because within the past year, Cindy’s habit of going weeks without responding to my calls/texts/emails has progressed to months and is now to the point where I am left to conclude she has taken my money and is no longer working to complete the job I hired her for.

Despite requesting, in writing, over a dozen times and on the phone countless other times, Cindy has *never* provided me with an account summary/invoice of what I've paid into the trust account, what balances have been settled and for how much, what payments have been made and to whom, etc. All throughout 2016 I BEGGED Cindy for this information over the course of several months. Many emails/calls/texts/voicemails would go unanswered until I’d finally get one that didn’t even give me the information I’d asked for. I had been accepted to grad school in England and if I would be able to afford to go hinged on how much more I had to pay into the trust and what the settlement for the 3rd (and to my knowledge at the time, final) card was.

By the summer of 2017, what I thought was the 3rd and final card was settled! I had finished my grad school program, had moved back to the US, and was ready to buy a house. At this point, the balance for what I thought was the 2nd card she settled (Chase) was still showing on my credit report. This is after more than a year of me inquiring as to why the settlement wasn’t showing on my credit report like the two other cards. When I’d bring this up to Cindy she’d ask for copies of my credit report which I’d send her promptly, and whether I ever received a “settled and satisfied” letter from the company for the account. I hadn’t. Months passed by, I left voicemails, emailed for updates, etc. until I finally gave up and decided to contact Chase on my own to get this last lingering detail resolved.

I learned Chase, an account I was lead to believe she had settled with and paid back in 2015/16 (via a trust account I was paying into), never received any money and has no record of a settlement. I repeatedly asked Cindy why the account still shows a balance on my credit report and she continually said it was a credit reporting error and she’d look into it. She gave no indication the account had never actually been settled. She never followed through on this and I still I have no idea where the money supposedly sent to them actually is.

I went through many years worth of emails and was able to find the contact for a financial planner she recommended. I called this lady (I'll call her "K") to see if she had any idea how to get a hold of Cindy. She let me know she hadn't worked with Cindy in many years, but had had a few calls just like mine from clients who were ghosted by her. K had emailed Cindy herself on their/my behalf and through her read-receipt function knew Cindy was opening/reading the emails, but there was never a response. K let me know others had pursued legal action.

I filed a complaint with the BBB earlier in August and she has not responded to them or me. I have also filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General "Fraud Squad".

It's unfortunate and disappointing when you put your personal/financial information in someone's hands and they are choosing to not provide adequate information about your account and feed you untrue information to keep you at ease. Don't trust your information with a company that can't communicate back to you after multiple attempts.
