We were referred to Harry Foster by our realtor. The phones were answered promptly and friendly, we requested a home inspection prior to buying a home in the mountains. Harry’s wife Shirley, recommended to add the Radon test and we added it, we are very grateful to them for advising us. As first time buyers of mountain properties in Colorado, we weren’t aware of the danger and pervasiveness of Radon in these mountains. This man knows what he is doing.

He is very professional and extremely personable. He arrived at the property we are purchasing early and was actually finished before we got there. When informed from my realtor that we were on the way, he was more than happy to wait in order to basically take us on a tour.

He is very realistic, pointing out things that could be an issue or not up to code, and pointing out things that are def. issues. He was a great tour guide. He knew the ins and outs of the house in a matter of a couple hours.

I would recommend Harry to anyone. He does commercial and residential. And it seems like he loves his job.
