I was here to visit a partner in a upcoming project we plan to venture together. I thought this was a very well laid out Co-working type of shared office facility. The building is clean with nice, well appointed common spaces. There is adequate parking and the location of the property is excellent to begin with.

Wonderful environment for any extremely early stage startup. Best for personal development and while you won't connect with others to help build your idea, while your idea won't evolve, if you take advantage of the resources here you yourself will grow. Make new connections and you can learn quite a bit.

While there are other work spaces in Denver, it’s not everyday you can work in a place full of mentors and people who have done it before and built great companies. This is a true incubator and Vic is amazing!

Not only do they have a password for WiFi, which is fine by me, but also an annoying and slow captive portal where you have to provide an email address. That's so 2005! Who wants to disable VPN for a meetup to access their stupid portal? Bad!
