Detailed information was provided in reference to medication, medical services, daily transportation, enrichment activities. I attended Open House having the opportunity to personally meet the staff as they shared program commitments and clarified goals.
I am really excited and happy to have the opportunity to become a member.
The entire Staff has been very supportive and dedicated to make my transition very strong and successful.

From the very first phone call, everyone was so polite, kind and helpful. This experience only improved when Jamie was assigned to my mother’s case. She addressed all of my questions in a timely manner and every time I spoke with her, I felt like I was talking with a family friend who genuinely wanted to help. I can tell that this woman has a heart to serve others. I am grateful for this program and the assistance it will bring to my mother!!

From the moment I contacted InnovAge to inquire about the possibility of my father joining, the experience was exceptional.
On that first call I was introduced to our enrollment specialist, Mrs. Faulkner. She is amazing. She took the time to carefully explain the program, made sure my father would have access to Spanish speaking medical staff, and took care of the entire application process.
Mrs. Donniell Faulkner is extremely professional, and a kind person.

It's strange to have a date for an appointment but not have a time for it. The benefits are very good and the staff are very nice. In later years when I need more individual care, I'm sure I'll be able to use the facilities more.

The repersentives came out to see me in my home. They explained to me what Pace was all about I loved what I heard. They brought out the paperwork for me to officially sign up for the program. I was so excited and looking forward to seeing all that they had to offer.
