Rude, unfeeling and careless. They work from home. The woman Chris was so rude for being a slacker and not returning calls. Must be nice to get paid to do nothing. Not a single review speaks to their efficacy. The receptionist is something else, cannot provide a straight answer

I have contacted this place in Ontario and or Victorville over the phone and through emails many times. Very nice people willing to help and hear your story. It’s been a couple of months of me asking for follow ups and having to tell my story multiple times to different people which hasn’t been pleasant, but they tell me they are in the process. Communication is the issue and other reviewers say the same thing. Hopefully my story changes, I just sent out another email, if something changes, I will update.

Update: I was contacted and I was told they will help me with my case. This organization has solved my issues and has helped me tremendously. I couldn’t have done it without them. As for the communication, I guess if you are having an issue, just keep sending follow up emails or call them. They will help. I hope this review helps.

I placed a call to this office on a Friday and left a message for a representative to call me back. I waited until Thursday the next week and went there in person, (mind you I still have not received a call back at this time). I was told to give the receptionist a call if my assigned representative does not call in 24hrs...he still hasn't called.

The people were very nice and will answer all questions you may have when going through landlord tenant dispute(s), however, they did not mediate anything. They never called me back to follow up about the mediation they were suppose to do for me.l called multiple times and received the receptionist voicemail. In addition some information they provided was inaccurate, but one thing they can do is send you to the appropriate place to help you out. I still had to move with no place to move to SMH.

My name is Bernie F a fellow advocate and I was completely disapointed in how this agency communicates and lack of cultural competency . I sought help from this agency in September 2018 by an advocate by the name of Andrea Martin for a mediation has yet to call be back or keep me in the loop on the status of my case. A lot of red flags I feel this could be a great agency and a lot of people could benefit from this agency seeing that half of the inland empire is filled with slumlords taking advantages of elder , poverty stricken , and ethnic individuals. Just an FYI who do you report this agency to see the results the people need? #Advocate&Educate.

I am a landlord and received a call from this Board related to a tenant of mine, I was in a meeting and said I would call back. I have called back every day for a week now and no one answers or returns my calls. I don't know what the issue is in order to resolve it. Bruce

You call they tell you 24 hours will return your call. Mind you that's based on 8 hour days so at least 3 days for a call back. The one who answers the phone is RUDE!!
