Pros
The best organization I have worked for. A place surrounded by intellectuals, creative brains, and leaders. Everyone can learn something everyday from everyone. The most supportive and empathetic HR team. Dedicated Talent Development team with clearly defined growth path for various roles. Good strategic vision of the organization, led by a wonderful management team, spearheaded by the CEO himself.

Cons
Nothing much. Being a remote first organization, we are able to meet our same-city colleagues only once in a while, and other-city colleagues once a year or so. This may be the only thing I can think of.

Advice to Management
Keep up the good work. Many of us believe in the vision and culture at Infopro Learning.

I was hired to record voice-over for a project for which I was "approved" based on my website demo, to produce the work in its "entirety". A client of Infopro Learning proceeded to change his mind after the job was completed and I was handed conflicting direction afterwards. After countless deliveries of voice, audio and files on a number of occasions including almost re-recording the entire script over again, I have not received any compensation and further more, they have not responded to my invoice reminders. They virtually dropped out of site. Very unprofessional and I don't recommend working with this company as a freelancer. I have learned to set terms at the beginning of a job and I accept responsibility for not requesting to demo the clients script before completing the work per their request and said deadline, which was to deliver the files for the complete job the same day as I was initially contacted. Bad experience but a valuable lesson. Not professional!
