Blue screen of death popped up on my work desktop computer the other day! I have some IT skills and have been able to reload Windows in past and system restore to get things working again but not this time. Hard drive failure! Started making calls and doing research for computer repair in Phoenix West Valley first thing Monday morning. Several places I called were booked several days out and then I contacted Brad at iNFLUX PC. We started out texting but soon got on the phone as I was a little concerned about someone I do not know having access to data on my work computer. Brad assured me as the owner and person who would be working on my computer that privacy is very important to him as well as building trust with his clients. I dropped computer off with him and he welcomed into his shop, took quick look at my computer then explained what he needed to do to get it working again with estimated of cost. I checked in with him later in the day and he let me know he was able to salvage all data on my hard drive and replaced the faulty drive and had the computer back up and working within 24 hours. That was very important to me! Based on my experience with Brad and his hands on approach, he is my go to person with any computer needs! Highly recommend him!

Brad was astoundingly knowledgeable. He had my PC that I’d been struggling with for weeks fixed within the same day, and went above and beyond my expectations.

My PC has no more stability issues, is fully updated and functional, and runs far better than it did before. He installed and got my RGB fans working, helped me with setting their speed, he even figured out in minutes what EA support couldn’t figure out in weeks on how to install and make functional two games that had frustrated me. He kept me informed the whole way and messaged me the next day to follow up.

He learned something new, I learned something new. We laughed, we cried. Okay, I cried… tears of joy, I promise.

I would recommend no one other than Brad at iNFLUX PC to fix your PC/devices and 5 stars is not enough.

Brad knew exactly what he was doing pin pointed everything that can be wrong with it- trouble shot every corner and made sure my pc was working better than I brought it to him! 10/10 will definitely be a returning customer for any of my pc problems 100% recommend!

I had a great experience with INFLUX PC. I was having issues with my laptop and Brad was able to assist that very same day. He diagnosed the issue and took his time to educate me on what was needed and how he planned to repair my laptop. Brad was attentive, honest, communicative and delivered an overall positive customer experience. My laptop was fixed at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
