I still did not sign up however, I did see a financial adviser utilizing this software on You Tube and from what I saw it was a fantastic tool. I already use Right Capital which does not provide guardrail strategies. I plan on retiring in 3 years at which time I will definitely sign up for the Income Lab software.

I just did my first client Plan review using Income Lab. With training from Income Lab technical support, I was able to build the Plan, set up retirement scenarios, evaluate Roth Conversions, and show the Spending Guardrails. The client was so impressed! His comment was "this is exactly what I need." I will now be onboarding all new clients with Income Lab! I'm also transitioning my previous clients from a "written plan" and Probability of Success analysis to "interactive planning" and Spending Guardrails.

As my practice has matured, more clients have transitioned into retired. Although they have an adequate amount of assets, we still need to know how much is reasonable to spend. It's a different software from wealth accumulation software. Income Lab is perfect for the simple client question "How much can I spend?" Also, I see this permitting clients to live a much fuller life while they are healthy and active - no regrets about accumulating too much wealth.

Maybe I'm just from the older generation, however, if there were a manual on how to use the features in your program, that would help me build confidence on using your program. Webinars, chat and live help are great however, time consuming.

While this may sound trite, it really is true. Income Lab has been a game-changer in my practice. While my traditional financial planning software is perfect for providing the 35,000-foot view of my clients' retirement goals, it does not provide us with the year-by-year adjustments that are essential to making it all the way through retirement. Income Lab gives me the tools that I need to develop meaningful, tax-efficient retirement income plans for my clients. It is the number one piece of technology in my tech stack. My only question is, where have you been all of my retirement income planning career? Regardless, it is in my toolbox now. It should be in yours too.

An intuitive and powerful tool that helps my clients visualize how they can balance living a great life while having contingencies in place if needed. Traditional financial planning software only goes so far in solving this challenge - Income Lab actually a provides solution along with the ability to adjust and adapt as needed. If you're working with clients that are financially independent (or want to get there) this should be the primary resource you use.
