When I stared using Incare to host my website, the team was very responsive and I had no issues for several years. When they had new staff come on board, the customer service was horrible. I was billed for services that should have been part of my contact, my account manager was unresponsive, and it was impossible to get any help. When I tried to change providers, I was told that it required a 60 day notice and then I was billed for more work that should have been covered under the maintenance plan that I already paid for. When I asked to see the contract that stated the 60 day clause, they refused to provide it and told me I owed nothing more. I would not recommend using this company, unless you enjoy poor customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our company purchased a phone system from Star2Star and did not realize they did not offer service. This is a third party service they use. You can't even call in urgent service because no one answers the phone. When they do answer they will not even come out to assess without payment ahead of time. Had to call them out twice. Horrible!
