When I had an issue here not only did I call twice, I also left a message on the website and when the owner finally got back to me I got the nastiest response from her.
It’s a small town and I’m not one to make things bigger, but since you guys replied to my review just tell that lady. That there is better ways to go on about handling situations. You don’t just cuss at people.
Now with all that being said, you guys have a good one, thank you I will be taking my business elsewhere.

In Bloom does have a great selection, the owners are very knowledgeable. The prices are a little on the higher side, for the products and the landscaping services they provide but it is quality. Excellent folk.

My wife and I had an idea about what we wanted for trees and shrubs but wanted some advise and professional opinions about what to do and what not to do. Shane and Ginger far exceeded our expectations! Their nursery provides top notch products and first class service! Give them a chance to service all your nursery needs.

Purchased 3 Blue Spruce trees. Bloom planted and mulched them. The trees were crooked and they had to come back and straighten them. The trees were planted by 3 high school boys. The holes that they dug were barely big enough firt the balls to fit in. They did not dig oversize and over deep holes and place lose soil around the root ball. A year and a half later the trees were dead with dry needles falling off and the original size root ball ame right out of the ground. Roots never grew. I paid almost $1200 for these. When I called the nursery and inquired about a guarantee, I was told that the guarantee is 90 days. Watering was never an issue when not here, I had my neighbor water them for mYe. The neighbor planted and watered his own Blue Spruce and it it is growing wonderfully. From what I read the problem was the hole size and no lose dirt around the root ball. I really feel cheated, 11the trees were in fact on a solar powered watering timer system from day one. The neighbor watered in the winter when the system was inoperable due to freeze. I still feel cheated.

Absolutely the best nursery in Show Low/Pinetop. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and so personable. The hanging baskets are absolutely stunning, I couldn’t pick which one!! My go to place for all my flowers, plants and trees! Thank you!

Always nice to drop into a local nursery and get real advice... for what will work on this location and elevation. Thoughtful questions (inside a fence, do you find deer or elk, etc...) were greatly appreciated.
