When we say "shut it down!" this is exhibit A of the type of company that needs to close forever. Theyre worthless. Every time you call, if you can even get ahold of anyone, it's always a different story, a different date, someone else's fault, etc etc etc. Theyre crooked.

They claim to be “the go-to firm that delivers customer focused service” but are the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. Believe what all these reviews are saying. They are absolutely TERRIBLE. They purposely do not answer calls and are simply keeping this money from you for themselves. They don’t answer emails, they don’t re-issue checks. Even going in person is useless. They give false advertisement.

If it was possible to give this company a lower rating I would. I have been waiting over 2 months for my check from a class action lawsui. I also requested a check reissue and updated my address. I even got confirmation TWICE that they had the correct address, but haven't heard anything back and the number is coming up as not taking calls now. This is beyond infuriating and unprofessional.

I've been trying to cash my settlement check I received from them for 2 days and the check cashing place said the office won't answer to verify the payment. They need to have people in the office answering calls when they claim to be open.

Cant give less of a rating. Ive called 3x a day for probably 2-3 weeks and have had no response or anyone even answer the phone. I need a reissued check and filed for it online … still no check.

I'm tagging along with the facts on these reviews being a plaintiff to my case. I called these people i was explained by one of their reps that I would be receiving a silly $80- check from a class action lawsuit from a $500,000 that the court amounts were handled by the judge on how much everyone deserved so the state kept 240k and a miserable 74k split between 500 employees and 186k split between two lawyers including mine, and the 38k for court fees etc... I'm thinking this company is probably keeping a cut of the 38k. This break down was given to me over the phone by this company by one of their reps. And if lawyers working on class action cases and are connected with this company someone is getting a big cut! Of course no body won't admit to it. But bad reputation will continue to build up if it hasn't started already. Watch out everyone for scammers and money hungry sharks. What a dirty game these people in authority play, playing people as if people are stupid, no wonder the world is covered in darkness because of greed.

After carefully reading all the negative reviews I took a comprehensive approach. Remember, ILYM group does not work for you. I had no issues with the check received. I deposited it and the transaction was clear within the allowable time between banks. Follow these simple steps and you will also have success. #1. called the office between 9 AM and 11:30 AM, write down any updates. Don’t call every day. I wrote down everything during every conversation like date, time and whom I spoke with. if you call after 12 noon forget it. You’re wasting your time. this is where they’re most busiest and they don’t answer the phone as much. calling between Tuesday and Thursday is where I got someone on the phone. #2; I moved to a different state. called between the times and days mentioned. and I was able to update my new address via phone but you can also do this online and to have peace of mind call to confirm they received. #3; I moved again, filled out the change of address through their website and also called to confirm, they verified that it was received. #4; I would follow up with their office between the days and time I mention and get an update on my case if I didn’t hear from them or If I didn’t get a letter on the day they told me that there was court date. write everything down, who you spoke with and when. #5; the check was finally mailed, but they only cut checks on Friday and takes about 5 to 7 days for you to receive it. Checks take a while if the mail didn’t get picked up on that Friday, and mailed on the following Monday. #6; upon receipt of my check it was deposited into my bank that same day (yes mam!) I asked the teller to freeze the check funds until CLEARED. DO NOT spend any of that money until it clears. I have read so many comments of people taking forever to cash the check or they take it to a cashier cashing place, which is dumb and because that is not a paycheck and they won’t be able to cash that check for you. I hope this information is helpful to the many of you that have such bad reviews for this company. My story was a successful one. I had no issues cashing my check with my bank. You just have to do it strategically and wait patiently don’t go out spending the money. Wait UNTIL IT CLEARS. Good luck!!!!
