Not going to lie I was a bit sceptical after reading other reviews and then the first thing I see when walking in was the empty front desk.

I showed up 10min early for my appointment and after about 5 min of waiting a guy wearing sunglasses indoors asked around if anyone needed to be checked in. He seemed a bit distant, but got me checked in efficiently. Waited another 10min and a very friendly guy with a beard walked me back to his office and got every thing sorted quickly and with a smile. So over all good experience for me.

IdentoGO in Long Beach is a fantastic choice for all your fingerprinting and background check needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to make the process as quick and efficient as possible.

Friendly and Accommodating Staff: The staff at IdentoGO is top-notch. They are friendly, professional, and always willing to answer any questions you have. They were also very understanding when I showed up early for my appointment and were able to get me taken care of right away.

Quick and Efficient Service: I was in and out of IdentoGO in no time. The fingerprinting process was quick and easy, and I had my results back in no time.
Ample Parking: There is plenty of free parking available right in front of the IdentoGO office. This is a huge plus, as parking can be difficult to find in Long Beach.

If you are looking for a fingerprinting or background check service in Long Beach, I highly recommend IdentoGO. You won't be disappointed!

No one at the front desk forore than half hour just to get set in for my appointment it's very irritating that they set up an appointment and then them not even being here to help you out when you're here for that appointment

This was a horrible experience. Don't waste your your time going through IdentoGo or Universal Enroll, they are the same company. The lady at the location in downtown Long Beach at 444 Ocean boulevard#800, does not have any customer service skills, she's very rude, and unprofessional. Don't bother trying to call the 800 number that's on their website as that is no one that works for the actual company. They use a call center and tell you information which I found out the hard way. I got on site and she tells me something completely different, and that what I was told is not accurate. Even when calling their main location in Lakewood. They did not provide much help either. I was told that I wouldn't not have to make a separate appointment, but when I got on site the lady at the location in Long Beach told me that I had to in order for her to do both applications. She did not seem to care much of what I was told, she was just very bland, and unconcerned. If people are going to have a job in customer service, they really need to have customer service skills. I would highly recommend just going through some other company, where the people are more professional.

I thought I had made an appointment for the global TSA PreCheck. Luckily the receptionist told me that IdentoGO only handles national TSA PreCheck and walked out 5 minutes after arriving to an early appointment and didn't waste any additional time.
