As a man, I was so unhappy with my deep forehead lines so i asked my wife scheduled me and I'm so glad she did. My nurse Crystal was very professional, caring, and kind. I recently had a procedure done, and I want to commend Nurse Crystal and the receptionist at the front desk, I believe Tiffany, for their outstanding service. They were incredibly polite, hospitable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

However, when I returned weeks later due to side effects, I was seen by a different nurse named Christian. From the moment I arrived, I sensed a negative attitude. She didn’t acknowledge me until the receptionist introduced us, and when I began explaining my concerns—specifically a lump that had persisted on my face for nearly a month—she was immediately dismissive, argumentative, and combative. Rather than listening, she had a rebuttal for every concern I raised, insisting the lump was "normal," even though no other areas were affected in the same way.

Her demeanor was unprofessional and unpleasant, and after multiple dismissive remarks, I simply asked for a solution. Instead of providing helpful guidance, she continued to downplay my concerns, until I just walked out of the room. I couldn’t shake the feeling that my ethnicity played a role in how I was treated, as she was rude from the very beginning. This experience left me feeling unheard and disrespected, which was disappointing given the excellent care I initially received.

I’m only giving 1 star due to my experience with Christian, as every other individual I encountered was wonderful and deserving of 5 stars.

From the beginning this location has been EXCELLENT! Crystal is usually my nurse and she is amazing. I like how thorough she is. Che did my consultation and she is great too. All the ladies are wonderful and the customer service is top tier. Thank you!

I initially found the spa through an IG ad. I spoke with Erika who offered me different payment options. I was extremely happy with our call.

She gave me an appointment day but was canceled the following day because is was during the snow storm. I went back and forth with her to reschedule a new appointment day and was later scheduled for almost three out. I wasn't happy. Erika then made sure one of the different locations reach out to me for their first available appointment; I went to the Webster location a week later.

Christian was my injector. Hi, Christian! She was so amazing! She was thorough through the whole process of taking my before and after pictures. And when we got to my actual filler, PHENOMENAL! She was gentle and asked me questions through the whole thing what I wanted, explained each look and then executed each injection softly and calmly. That's been about two months ago now. I love how my lips look. And I get compliments on them all the time.

OMG!!! I LOVE MY NURSE CRYSTAL!! I was expecting good results, but hon-nay, these are amazing results!! Crystal is masterful at what she does. I highly recommend her. She is very accommodating, professional, and kind! I'm in a medical professional as well and I know I can TRUST her. Some professionals just do their jobs and keep it moving and some go beyond to help and care for their patients like Crystal. Some got it and some don't. And Crystal has it in spades!!

My initial appointment was scheduled for 2:50. I arrived early under the impression that it was at 2 o’clock. After checking in, I was asked to be seated for a FaceTime consultation with the nurse practitioner. I was informed that I would meet with the nurse practitioner to discuss my concerns, however, payment was required in full prior to my appointment. Upon arrival, I was instructed to take a seat. A young lady entered the room, approximately 10 minutes after me. The staff engaged in conversation with her for about 25 to 30 minutes before informing her that she would be seen next. I was told that I would be seen after her since her procedure would be quick. After the young lady left, the staff returned and informed me that I would be next. However, they later mentioned that they would need to attend to me closer to my appointment time. I felt unfairly treated and had to wait for an extended period of time. The lady then rudely stated that there would be no refund, but that alternative arrangements would be made and someone would contact me. I am puzzled as to why I was subjected to such treatment and why I have not received a refund or any follow-up communication yet.

Loved Crystal. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The place itself I’ve had to wait awhile before being seen. I do have to say though i went back in for a touch up and they did it without charging me which i appreciated. I most likely will return.
