I had the best experience at the Hyatt Place Downtown. The staff was friendly and great. the manager, Danielle, went beyond normal duties to ensure my stay was pleasant and good. She was outstanding. The rooms were large, and comfortable. The prices were very reasonable for a downtown hotel. It is ranked as a 3 star hotel, but I have been to many hotels, and this was a 4 star in my opinion ! The free breakfast was like a full menu breakfast. I will definitely go back. I can not say enough. In fact,. I stayed one extra day than originally planned. It was just so reasonable and nice.

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Place in Colorado Springs! The hotel was clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a cozy bed and thoughtful amenities. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. The location was also convenient, close to key attractions. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colorado Springs. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Hyatt Place was an excellent choice for our stay! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The rooms were well-organized, comfortable, and tidy, making our stay very pleasant.

The breakfast was a highlight, offering an open buffet with plenty of delicious options to start the day right. The overall experience was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend Hyatt Place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Great stay for a two night trip. The main desk is on floor 2, which will throw you off a bit, but it works. On arrival, use the phone to have the desk open the door and take the elevator or the stairs. On site parking is available, as is street and garage parking, all for varying costs from 8-30 dollars daily. Rooms were clean, comfy and accommodating. Will stay there again on our next trip!

The Hotel Location was perfect location for downtown. The bed comfortable and rooms was very clean. We were happily surprised on Breakfast they had omelets, sausage and potatoes everything I wanted and more We had a Great stay we will stay again

Valet parking attendants Nolan & Monte are terrific! |The King Bed with sofa room is roomy & very nice. The room was clean & well taken care of. The in room coffee leaves a lot to be desired. 😖Breakfast time says it starts at 6am, hot food didn’t come out until 6:30am for two days so far. This is disappointing when you have somewhere else that you need to be early. Breakfast at 6 to me means all options available at 6.|Downtown location means you have to pay to park everywhere you go downtown! The valet parking attendants the hotel is $29 a night. A bit pricey, but GREAT service. |Looking back, I wish we would have chosen a different Hyatt location.

Very clean rooms! Relatively quiet for a busy intersection! I didn't end up using the valet parking, but the attendant was super helpful! Very nice hotel overall. I would gladly stay there again anytime I am needing a hotel in the area! Close to restaurants and entertainment!

The staff was amazing! Check in/out was a breeze. The room as very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would prefer a few more healthy snacks in the marketplace. ||||A nice touch to have a bar and small plates in the evening.
