I’ve lived at Hub for the past three years, and I absolutely love it here. The complex is well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The staff is always friendly and responsive, making it clear they genuinely care about the residents. My apartment is spacious and well-designed, with modern features and plenty of natural light. The community atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the location is convenient, with easy access to local shops and transportation. Overall, Hub has been a fantastic place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I’ve been living at The Hub Apartments for only a semester, but I can see myself staying here for the rest of my 3 years. Staff is friendly, amenities are amazing, everything stays clean, and the atmosphere is comforting to be in. I love my apartment and the views from the rooftop. Although, my only complaint would be how long it takes the fob to register at front doors. Other than that, this place gets 5 stars from me!

Lived here for a year and resigned my lease, and I think the Hub on Park is great. I haven’t had any issues with my apartment, and if I do have concerns the staff is so helpful. I love how the Hub also provides freebies and events they host every month! The amenities are also great!! In comparison to other apartments near campus, I am definitely happy to be living at the Hub!

Early move in was impressive! I really appreciated the professional movers to unload our cars and delivery everything into the apartment and the very helpful staff in the lobby to help answer any questions. The cherry on top was the flavored water and boxes lunch. Once in the apartment it was obvious the apartment had been well cleaned and maintained. Thanks for an easy and seamless move-in!

This rating is just for communication and move-in as we are on day 1! The staff has been so organized and so warm and welcoming. The apartment was ready and clean! We are happy campers. Alex was particularly amazing. Looking forward to a great year!

I love staying at the hub. From staying at the dorms 3 years to having the chance to stay at the hub my last year here at U Of A has been awesome. I love the furniture, the kitchen and being able to cook healthy meals, the apartment gym and the stunning pool! And ofc the famous tiger on the pool adds a cool touch. I have a couple roomates who are super sweet and who I have bonded really well with. I love the events the hub throws and the staff are really friendly 🙂

I had an amazing move in experience. Its was personalized to help me, and make sure all my belongings got there safely. The staff has excellent communication skills, and answers every question with ease! I truly feel like I'm celebrated everyday walking into my new home; and I'm truly grateful.

I lived here two years in a studio apartment my freshman and sophomore year. The amenities (especially the gym and hot tub) and views are hard to beat. I ultimately had to move since my rent was going up $700 ($1400 to $2100) per month for my junior year, which felt like a crazy jump for the space I had (400 sq ft). This is also not the apartment to live in if you don’t like parties or noise. It was hard to sleep Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights and the hallways were really loud till 1-2 am. However, I also almost had my bike stolen from the bike garage. My boyfriend and I confronted the criminals midway cutting through my chain lock, got photos of them as they left, and reported it to UA police but management said they couldn’t do much about that, which was really disappointing since the bike were in their key accessed locked garage racks and had security footage, where they should have been safe. All of the bikes in that rack were stolen the next day, I saved mine by putting in my car after the incident. The management outside of that was excellent though. Overall a really nice location and I do miss a lot about it.
