Ally Carter is a complete joke, refusing to acknowledge my cancellation 6 months ago and still charging my account. The CEO is even worse as he blocked me when I messaged him. Why would both people treat customers like that. I lawfully exited my contract with written expression and just blatantly ignored.

While the mobile version is decent and the 3D renderings of the elevations are clean and accurate, their website is not. In fact, their website is complete trash. It's cumbersome, irresponsive, lacks clarity, redundant in the wrong parts, and poorly laid out in general. You'd think it today's day and age, especially for a tech company based in the tech capital of the globe, this outfit would have the sense to have a big button on EVERY subpage of their website saying, "Click Here to Order Your Report!" But...it doesn't. They have some half-assed link that a chat bot girl finally sent me, some twenty minutes after I asked a simple question. I dont know what her deal way but it's as if she literally a computer, but highly unintelligent and I could't get some basic questions answered, mind you, after I had already reviewed the frumpy self-help links on their page. She just didn't get it. Whether you are an insurance carrier buying en masse, a general civilian or a contractor, you are better off and far better served sticking with the tried-and-true Eagleview platform. They are always available and crank out exactly what I need in a more timely fashion. Eagleview also has better recourse when one is in need. I very much hope that high-volume buyers read this and reconsider migrating their book of business over to this company's inconsiderate operation.
