I had signed up Section 8 five years ago I am still currently living in a Travel trailer in the forest. I was given the package from housing 6 months into the one year, I share a Po box. No car or phone( stalker) I was able to make one meeting. TheDirector. she was only a week into the position( SWCFI) & had No idea about anything

This agency is predatory, malicious, discriminatory. They remove you off of Federal HUD lists on their own volition. Mostly house drunks hookers and opiod people. Not the kind of housing you'd want if you weren't an addict. Employees that 'manage' these places house the whole fam damily and all their friends. Ask C at Illumia. Housing managed by drug offenders for drug offenders.

Wrongful deaths are the result of willfil neglect and bullying. Two deaths in less 4 months. Bullies from Purple Cliffs terrorize the vulnerable. The Executive Director does nothing! She is hiding; and doesn't return phone calls. David in 202 died after the elevator was out for days and Cory from Chattanooga witnessed plotting and saw the threat carried out against a target. We walked upstairs quietly. He was never seen alive again.

They denied my application although I clearly presented my facts of being homeless and without any shelter. It was during the final winter months, and I even had a recommendations letter from an old landlord and a receipt of proof that I was behind in rent. Basically, they lied and denied a disabled, homeless person the help needed to get off the streets.

i have never had such a nightmare dealing with marcie, i had heater put in last winter, its now june, with 4 people trying to wire a ac unit, never do this again, very poor workers.
