This place has been life changing for my husband and myself. The treatment has given me my energy back. I am now back to doing what I love, marathons. The staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable. I can not thank them enough. It's about quality of life and through this treatment, my quality of life is back.

I had a consult here a bit ago and while I left the appointment not feeling great, it has continued to weigh on me so I'd like to share my experience because there are some red flags. First of all, I didn't feel great about the fact that they only offer pellets with no way of adjusting a dosage while also not having a physician in the office at all times. It also felt odd that, Ashlie, the person doing the consult and referring to the program as "my program" isn't a physician or even an RN at the very least. While she seemed kind and is a pharm. tech. and may have knowledge about pharmaceuticals, after my experience I don't believe she should be conducting client consults without the input of a physician that is trained in hormones as well as bedside manor. I essentially felt like just a number hoping to be used in a personal mission against big pharma(which she referred to many times). One of the first things she asked me was if I had ever been on a combination birth control to which I answered no after also answering "no" on my intake form but then throughout the consult she kept blaming things on the combination birth control that I was probably put on by a doctor at a young age. This was such a red flag because I have never even been prescribed that medication and I told her that, verbally and in writing on the intake form. It became clear that this is the spiel that is likely told to all potential patients and she had somehow forgotten to account for the fact that I don't fit into that. Which, again, I had shared with her in two ways. The biggest red flag is that without a single lab being drawn and without the opinion of a trained and certified physician, she looked at me said something to the effect of "I can pretty much already tell based on your intake form that you probably have infertility issues." This statement was baseless and unprofessional. Even if she does feel as though she has a calibrated opinion based on the people she encounters, that definitely should've been an opinion that remained inside of her head. To the medical director of this establishment: You're advertising to a very vulnerable demographic of people. Please make sure your staff is taking care of that with the way they approach consultations.

I’ve been a patient for a couple of years and I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in over a decade. I had tried all kinds of hormone replacement therapies with no success, and this is hands-down the best. The pellet-style of delivery was recommended by my Grand Junction gynecologist.

Because insurance won’t cover it, the offer of a payment plan is reasonable. Ashlie is very knowledgeable and her passion and belief in the therapy may strike information-seekers as “pushy” but please take those negative comments with a serious grain of salt.

I understand why they sell a year’s worth of treatment because it can take awhile to get your hormone levels balanced AND your symptoms adequately relieved. It’s a process.

The entire staff are professional and accommodating, as well as good listeners when assessing how the treatment is working for you so they can make adjustments accordingly based on more than just your lab hormone levels. They always make follow-up phone calls one week after your visit to see how you’re doing . I recommend them quite highly!

not impressed. my last visit all they wanted to give me was testosterone. well I'm a woman not a man, I'm not trying to turn into a man, im a woman trying to stay a woman and I guess they felt like I needed to be a man. my t levels were very high the whole year, with horrible side effects and they thought I still needed more t. maybe they should pay better attention to how women feel and quit doing whatever they want

I have been going for T implants for about 2-3 years now. I have a high deductible health plan so it comes out of my HSA. I have nothing bad to say. I am happy with the outcome and I wouldn't keep going back if I didn't like the outcome of the implant. I also read the review with the 2 star review and the response from the owner was spot on. This place may not be for everyone and some people may not like the price etc. At the end of the response they wished the patient well and wished them well in finding a hormone replacement that works for them. That just shows professionalism and empathy! Great Job!

Awesome experience with this clinic. They are very professional. They also care very much for their patients and genuinely want their health to improve, which is very important to me. Another thing I like is Dr. Goggans is very open to suggestions as well as hearing out my personal opinions on what is or isn't working. In other words, they are not "rigid" and militaristic with their services, but rather are open to hearing what patients say and are willing to work with that. Great job Hormone Health & Wellness and keep it up!
