I'm right in the middle of this process. So far, it has been EXCELLENT. Responsive support, up-to-date software, and thorough explanations. Then there's the value...
You will need to be knowledgeable of the transaction process, at least somewhat, or an avid googler that can find the more difficult aspects of the MLS. Not impossible, but I would lean towards the extra transaction help and/or brokerage representation if I didn't know what I was doing. All of them are an excellent money saver, considering that housing prices right now are just through the roof.
Strictly online is pretty scary when you are dealing with a task this large. But, I have been nothing but impressed with their speed and responsiveness. If you're wondering whether or not this is legit, it absolutely is the way to go in my opinion.

selling price of my home I saved nearly $14,000 minus the $95 it cost me to

Listen, the buyers realtor does 95% of the work from submitting contracts, offers, extensions etc so for very little effort you will save big time by listing with Homecoin.com. By the way if I wanted to use one of their realtors I still would have saved $6K!!!

We did our research when we decided to sell our house by Owner and we chose Homecoin for the MLS listing option and they did not limit on the number of photos in our listing. We sold our house using Homecoin and saved $20,000 on Real Estate commissions. Simple easy to use automated website made creating an MLS listing quick and easy. The Showingtime app made scheduling showings and coordinating with Realtors seamless. We had bought and sold before so we knew a Real Estate Attorney would check and approve our contract so everything was done properly. Having an Open House was fun and we finally got to meet all of our nosey neighbors. There are many places to advertise for free including Facebook market place and For Sale by Owner websites.

I was disappointed as first that it took longer than 24 hours to get our listing 'live', but that ended up not making a difference. In the end, we are SUPER happy that we did this and sold without a realtor! The entire realty industry seems like a sham. I wish we didn't have to pay a buyer's realtor, but we saved about $13,000 using Homecoin to avoid a seller's realtor. For the price of $100!! I just wish more buyers and sellers would do this...

Too easy! I'll definitely use this service next time I want to sell a home. I just saved over 6k in realtor fees! I just needed to do a little leg work like order a sqft measuring service (required in NC), take photos, plug in info on homecoin, write up the house description (I used AI to help me write it), negotiate the price and buyers fee (we settled on 2%), sign the contract and send some info to the closing attorney. Done!

I have sold 2 properties through homecoin in the last 30 days. I like their a la carte pricing structure. It provides added help for a fee if requested to an inexperienced FSBO owner and allows the freedom to just sell your property if you already understand the process. This saved my dad a ton of money.
