Hogarth Properties is wonderful! The offices and suites are unique, tastefully decorated, and conveniently located in Denver. Our business chose to office with Hogarth for these reasons but we've stayed with them for their professionalism, quick response times, and the owner, Simon's, eye for details and hearty sense of humor! My company provides insurance services for many Landlords in this field so I see the offerings of many of Hogarth's competitors. And very few can match them.

Hogarth has been the absolute best leasing experience yet. Aside from their offices being beautifully cared for and furnished, their management staff is exceptional. Simon responds to requests same day although he has many buildings to manage. Maricela keeps the buildings immaculate. I love this place so much that I now lease 2 offices in one of their buildings. No better place to have a 2nd home!

I have been a Hogarth tenant at 1532 Emerson Street for the past 3 years with my tech startup.
During this time I have enjoyed working in a wonderful historic building / office.
Hogarth offices are something quite different.
They are welcoming, stylishly furnished, carefully and sympathetically restored.
They are the diametric opposite to so many of the soul less basically furnished rectangular cubes to be found in the market today.
Their housekeeping is a feature all of its own. Marisola is a dream who is super helpful.
I cannot speak highly enough of my sympathetic and professional landlord. The location is central and all clients who visit are always impressed. This a great place to reflect an executive presence.

Hogarth Property Company owns and operates four of the most small beautiful office buildings in the Capital Hill and Uptown area.
