Absolutely loved our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Arcadia, CA! This spot is truly in the heart of it all—just steps away from amazing restaurants, a brewery, and tons of shopping options. It’s also conveniently close to the freeway, making getting around a breeze. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was a delight to have a pool, happy hour, and quick bites available right on-site, so if you’re in the mood to stay put, you have everything you need!

Despite it being a family-friendly hotel with lots of kids around during our summer stay, we couldn’t believe how peaceful and quiet it was in our room. The cleanliness was top-notch, and we had such a serene experience that I almost forgot we were on a local staycation! Perfect place to unwind, enjoy the pool, and take in all the local gems we often overlook in our day-to-day. Highly recommend this spot for anyone needing a quick escape that offers both convenience and relaxation!

Upon arrival, unexpectedly found out that their EV charger was out of order (I called before I made reservation to make sure EV charging was available) so I couldn't charge there after a long road trip. Bed was old and sagging could feel all the coils in my back. The shower tub spout screw wasn't tightened enough so the spout flew off and sprayed water everywhere while I was showering. The shower faucet handle was loose and kept falling off as well. The carpets are really dirty as others have reviewed. The front African American receptionist wouldn't let me use my Hilton Honors Gold benefits because she said I didn't book through Hilton even though on the app it said I was eligible for the benefits. The food credits doesn't even cover any of the overpriced food items on the menu. Terrible Hilton experience

Front Desk agent Pauline F was beyond amazing. From the time we checked in, until departure she treated us like royalty for an entire week!!! We will definitely return. Breakfast, great. Parking was great. Our rooms were awesome. |Oh, the cookies were phenomenal.

This Hilton Garden Inn is one of the worst we stayed in.
Our check- in receptionist was unfriendly at best. No welcome, no smile, no information regarding the location of our room, no login details, no COOKIES.
We paid $75. 00 for our clean miniature poodle.
Our room’s carpet was disgustingly dirty. Black stains everywhere. I didn’t want my dog to walk on it or I. The bed frame was bigger than the mattress, I hit my knee replacement on it several times. The bottom drawer in the dresser would not stay closed.
We asked for daily housekeeping which was done once in 4 days.
During our stay, no one EVER GREETED US. Who is managing this hotel?
We traveled this route frequently from AZ . We will find another hotel nearby next time.

Nice covenant location - clean room seemed recently updated - clean lobby and spacious. Breakfast bar area is not as nice as other garden inns but ok. Restaurants are within walking distance and they have a nice outdoor pool - parking is good and it feels very safe to walk the area

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Arcadia/Pasadena Area. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, which made for a comfortable experience. The pool was decent, providing a nice spot to relax, though it was nothing extraordinary. One thing to note is that breakfast isn't included, so plan accordingly. However, the quality of the service more than made up for this. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended!

We arrived at about 15mins to midnight and the lady at the front desk was anything but helpful. She let us know that according to that specific location’s policy, we would have to cancel and make another reservation. She made a call while we were trying to explain that the app would not let us do that and instead would tell us it’d charge us as a no show. In the meantime, she also picked up another call while being on a call on the other phone already. We were tired and with our senoor dog! We needed to solve this ASAP as we would not be able to find another hotel. After minutes she said she could cancel it herself with no charge…when we asked if we could get that in writing she said no. I got an email afterwards saying we’d get charged due to it being a late cancellation! It was an extremely frustrating situation. Also, no one wears uniforms or tags anymore. Lastly, the bed was quite noisy and it sounded as if it was going to fall apart, the pillows were terribly uncomfortable and I woke up with terrible neck and back pain. The carpet looks beyond dirty. We were dissapointed as this is not our usual Hilton experience.

Upon arriving to the hotel it was around 1:30pm which was not check in so we proceeded to wait for our room until check in at 3pm. Once returning to the front desk our room was still not ready so we were given another room with 2 Queens instead of the 1 king bed.

This was totally fine until someone, maybe housekeeping tried to come in without a knock warning, we were NAKED! So not the best way to start a enjoyable, relaxing stay. Soon we get a call from the front desk questioning us about our stay because they did not have anyone checked into our room, we were just there moments before she asked if we paid etc. which was very off considering it was the same agent that check us into the room. Next morning around 9am housekeeping walked in again without knocking luckily we were clothed. Both times were very alarming and luckily we learned our lesson to latch the door next time. Not a place we would like to return to for our future visits.
