I’ve asked for over 3 months now if they could fix the light issues by my inside storage unit because it is so dark. It has been very inconvenient and I have to bring my own light if I want to see. During the transition the price went up considerably and with less accessibility. And unfortunately I needed to get into my unit before a meeting and there was a malfunction with the gate. Took them all day to fix it. I asked them to update me and never received that info. There’s only one way in. And the office seemed always to be closed.

Heritage Storage on Armstrong is by far the Best of their 3 facilities in Oakdale. Always clean, great customer service, and great prices . Also 24 hour gate access is an added bonus. If you are needing extra storage space, I would definitely ? recommend checking it out! Keep up the good work Jennifer! ?

The storage facility and the staff on site are excellent. I cannot say the same for the upper management. We receive surprise rate hikes 2 or 3 times a year just out of the blue. We were mandated to buy a lock that it seems they were the only ones that had one. Upper management seems to want to take advantage since to move elsewhere while possible is just not practical. Please this is not a criticism of the staff on site. They are wonderful. Just a note of caution to those who are looking.

It Is a huge weight lifted off my shoulders knowing that my personal property is being stored In a safe and secure facility. The grounds are very clean, and Jennifer Fenton the manager was very helpful and and met all my needs. I highly recommend this company. Great prices and service.

I was pleasantly surprised when the manager, Mariah called me on Black Friday and let me know of the outstanding deal they were offering! We had spoken at the beginning of the month, and I told her that I would not need a unit until the end of the month. I was amazed that she remembered...and because of her attention to detail I was able to get their black Friday deal. Personal service, savings and easy-going attitude. The people since the new ownership have been really up to date and very nice. The communication is very well also, but the only thing keeping me from giving a 5/5 is the constant rent increase. I started my 10x10 paying 75 a month and it’s gone up two times now also including a mandatory insurance now making my total 108 a month. I wouldn’t change companies, wouldn’t get rid of my storage, good people, and the price I can deal with in the end.

We have been using this particular location for Self Storage Armstrong for nearly two years now. We absolutely love it! Even through management/ownership changes, customer service has been top tier and very communicative. They promptly return phone calls when missed and are very professional in person and over the phone.
