Bought refurbished Windows 10 Laptop. Was very affordable & runs great! Doug Is a great guy. Honest, Dependable, & very quick to reply. Answered all my questions in person & over the phone. I would recommend to family & friends. Quick story....I work at a retirement community. We have a few residents whom like to go onto the computer we have in our Library. We had a computer that ran slow & had a ton of stuff on it. Thanks to Doug our residents now have an awesome computer that starts up in seconds, it does not take long to pull up the internet & surf the web. I would give Douglas 10 stars if I could. He is very prompt communicating with you. He arrived early for our appointment and got right to work. I was transitioning from an old laptop running Windows 10 to a new one running Windows 11 and I wanted to be sure that all of my files had been moved properly. Douglas knew exactly what to do, took a lot of time to explain Windows 11 and helped set it up so it would be easier for me to learn my way around the new operating system. Above all, he was most patient about answering my many questions. Douglas enjoys what he’s doing; helping others. If you’re someone like me who wasn’t looking forward to Windows 11, you might like to know that Douglas rebuilds laptops and sells them for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, I had already purchased my new laptop and could not take advantage of this. I would certainly have preferred staying with Windows 10. His fee is reasonable and I felt I received excellent service for what he charged.

Again, whether it’s computers, laptops, TVs, etc, Douglas is the man to call. You won’t be disappointed.

Doug was here to fix my computer within 24 hours. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very polite. He worked quickly and explained everything as it was happening. He even diagnosed my printer issues. His cost was less than I thought he actually earned. I recommend him highly.

I would give Douglas a 10 Star review if I could. He had an other appointment in my neighborhood and stopped by two hours after my call. He was able to show me how to do my request and had me run through a practice run so I could do the hook up my self. Thank you Douglas. I cannot express how impressed I am with Douglas. "Where has he been all my life?" I couldn't enjoy my tablet because of all the pop ups malware, and spam. Sure, my Galaxy is outdated, but he got it running smoothly. He has also made a significant difference for the senior community where I work. The tech issues that drive us all crazy were no match for him. The reviews the residents were overwhelmingly positive, praising his resonable prices and the money they saved- thousands of dollars compared to what other companies would charge. Douglas showed incredible compassion and dedication , making me feel valued and not taking advantage of me. He picked up my tablet and returned like it was brand new! We found Douglas who owns and operates "Here to Assist, LLC" who does In-Home Tech Support & Device Maintenance. We found Douglas on the internet with a five-star rating. The fact that he comes to your home is a blessing especially when you have both a computer and printer that aren't communicating. His prices are very reasonable, and he explains things very well. Douglas fixed and upgraded all three of our computers and printer. He gets a lot done in a short period of time, is very personable and you get a great bang for your buck! We highly recommend him.
