The internet always down no statements in mail always e mails and it doesn't explain your bill and you can never gt anyone to answer the phone to explain your bill...

The only reason it gets 1 star is because they do have good service when the internet goes out. However, at 65 dollars for "up to" 3mbps download and .25 upload speed is an outrageous price for such slow broadband speed. They want over 100 a month for "up to"10mbps download. They should be ashamed to price gouge as they do just because there is no other viable choice in the rural areas they serve. Like the other reviewer said, the FTC or the FCC should look into this company. National average for broadband now is 95 mbps. This company is the same a Camellia Communications

Worst service ever. Need 2 internet connections in one household. Just to have any type of service. Not getting full use of wifi at all.

Internet is actually pretty fast & reliable but the customer service is an answering company who takes a message for you and transfers you to Hayneville. It’s HORRIBLE.
