The actual work was good. However, Harbor took what I wanted to do in the yard and did not do any investigation into the rules of my town. This caused multiple paid revisions. Finally, I had to pass along feedback from the town to get final plans in place to be approved. Reached out a couple times to the individual I signed the contract with to discuss additional costs and no response.

Great experience. I needed a topographical survey and had specific requests (from my architect). Ron was easy to work with and flexible - and was able to provide clear pricing for the work. The work was done quickly and of good quality. I would definitely use again if I need a survey.
