Horrible data center. Don't let these used
car salesman pull the wool over your
eyes. All of the reviews on here and the
website are either fakes or from upper
management who need to pat
themselves on the back for the awful job
they do. Most of their facilities are not
equipped to the meet the needs of a
modern equipment. Cooling and
humidification are barely functional,
network infrastructure is a joke, and
power is dubious at best. Your tickets
will sit out in the open for months before
you get some long winded and round
about response as to why, and your
issues will never be addressed. The only
people that can be relied upon are the Building Engineers and Technicians, but they can only do so much.
