I had a serious computer problem. I made a reservation with Groovy Tech. They canceled my appointment with less than 24 notice. They couldn't find another time that would work for me. I've taken my business to another company.
I would like to thank Groovy Tech for reaching out after this review to try and make this right. I would be willing to give them another chance after they showed that they cared. I do hope that means they got the on line scheduling system working.

I am totally pleased with GroovyTek - all of the techs have been knowledgeable, easy to converse with on technical issues and very patient in making sure you understand what they are helping with. I am able to schedule an appointment easily and the techs are always on time. I am happy they can help folks like me that are not easy learners with computer and phone issues.

I certainly had a wonderful experience with the Groovytek that came to my home for three visits. He was kind ,patient understanding and taught me some things about my iPhone and iPad. I absolutely will call them the minute I get a new computer. They are a terrific service, especially for seniors, thank you Groovytek

I was reluctant to spend the money on computer tutoring at first, but when both my children moved away I had no one to help me. Now I can say that every penny was worth it. Both Christian and Nicholas are excellent teachers. They helped me order a new printer and they installed it, solving various smaller problems along the way. I also had my doubts about the remote sessions, but I had my first one yesterday and it worked beautifully. Nicholas was able to "see" and work my laptop from his office. He even taught me how to print from my phone. As for the office staff, Sam has always been very pleasant and sympathetic--I called her in tears once and she handled it like a pro. Everyone I've spoken to at GT has been great. I do hope that eventually Groovytek will offer weekend hours, since so many people have time available then. But I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who, like me, has a very iffy relationship with technology. Five stars!

I would like to acknowledge Groovy Tek as a great organization of people who know and are up to date on the changing technology of today. When I retired, 10 years ago, I felt I could/would continue to understand and adapt to the constant changes. However, several years ago, my thoughts on that topic changed and I found I needed help. A friend referred me to Groovy Tek, and I have had nothing but quick and tech savvy people help me since.
The receptionists are quick to answer and make appointments, either for help in person or at home, depending upon your needs and time needed. I have used both services with good results.
Lately, I have been receiving help at home from a wonderful young man, Dwight. He arrives on time, neatly dressed, and gets right to work. He quickly solves my issues/problems with either my computer or our cell phones. He is polite, kind and patient with me, my forgetfulness, and my many questions. He is easy to talk to and can decipher what I am trying to explain, since lately words come to me later than my conversations! ☹.

I recently referred my friends to Groovy Tek and Dwight. They wrote to me to let me know they were pleased with the work performed.
If you are in an age bracket and out of the workforce so you feel out of date with technology, I suggest Groovy Tek.
