It's a good store with knowledgeable staff but the store is hit or miss if it's open when they are supposed to be. Last three times I went there on my lunch hour they were closed even though the web site claimed they were open. Go to Grow Generation in Lumberton. Better prices too.

EDIT: He’s saying he responded to my email. He most definitely did not. I’ll be waiting for my refund.

Worst customer service ever. I was charged for an item I didn’t buy. I live an hour away so it’s not the most convenient. They don’t answer phone calls. They haven’t answered my email. Take your business elsewhere

When I tell you this is 1 of the best places to be. That would be an understatement. Pure love, great energy, positive people and a awesome environment to learn about the culture. I will recommend everyone like I've been doing. The staff are the best and 1 thing I didn't mention which is very important, they are super supportive. Which made the green dragon family.

Paul & Company are simply the most genuine, educated retailers in the space. If you are serious about your gear there’s no other place to get the knowledge and tech needed to perfect your garden. They also host community events to provide niche education for all levels of learners. Highly Recommend!!

Best store in the general region for good quality products along with a knowledgeable staff and friendly environment. They do have a membership that is required to freely browse, but after a few min explanation it pays for itself. Cheers to many more years of Green dragon

Terrible customer service. Was double charged once for a decent size order, took weeks to months to get my refund. They give me something that was wrong on an order so I returned it a week later when I was in the area and they couldn’t figure out how to do a refund and told me to keep an eye for the credit. Well that was almost 2 months ago and I’m still waiting. Never going here again and would not recommend unless you want to deal with poor customer service.
