I had Great White Mechanical install central air conditioning in my home, which is over 100 years old. I worked closely with the owner, Dylan, throughout the planning and design process. His professionalism and expertise stood out—he visited my house three times, patiently answered all of my questions, and followed through on every single request, ensuring everything was planned perfectly.

On the day of the installation, the team—Billy, Joel, Johan, and Sean—arrived with a can-do attitude and attention to detail that was truly impressive. They started by laying drop cloths from my front door to the attic entrance, taking extra care to protect my home. Over the course of three days, the team worked with precision and efficiency, ensuring every aspect of the installation was flawless. They were not only skilled but also incredibly courteous and respectful, making the entire experience enjoyable.

At the end of each day, they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving no trace of their work behind. They returned the next morning on time and ready to tackle the job with the same enthusiasm. The level of teamwork and dedication they displayed was remarkable.

I called GWM today Sunday around 5 pm . Amazingly James should up by 6 pm. There was water in the basement due the boiler run off at a decent rate. Within a few minutes the water was stopped within the hour the issue was resolved..James was thorough , knowledgeable and just a good person. They put in my boiler a few years ago. Highly recommend. Also the dispatch girl was very prompt in getting out the call. Very nice!!!!

Had Jimmy Merrill (service tech) for my Weil McClain 250 Ultra direct vent boiler and hot water heater. He did an amazing job, came prepared with all equipment and thoroughly serviced my equipment. He was on time, professional and efficient! Highly recommend Great White.

We just removed our existing steam system and Great White installed our new HVAC system including a power vent water heater, furnace, ductwork, and air conditioning. Great White just finished installing a ductless split system in our home. They did a wonderful job. They were efficient, professional, friendly, and communicative the entire time. They were always quick to answer any questions I had. My 5 year old was also very interested in the work they were doing. Jimmy was so nice to him and answered all his questions. Highly recommend them!

A company with soul and compassion, once they found out that my steam heat boiler went dead and I have a 3 year old living in my house, it took them literarily a few hours to get a new boiler, line up a large crew of the best professionals and finished the job. They priced the contract so fairly and not for a second took advantage of the situation, great company, office staff, specialists and field crew, simply are the best.
