This has been a while coming but only because I did not write a review until we got a few rain storms since this is a review of a roof replacement.
Back in January of last year I called a few different roofer for a quote for a replacement roof because my insurance company was going to cancel my house insurance if I did not replace my roof.
Well, even though it was 5 in the afternoon. Kyle Hanley offered to come out to my house and talk to me about my roof and how they could help me. Now, because I had solar panels on my roof it was a problem that most companies did not want anything to do with helping me.
Now Kyle sat here in my house and we talked for hours about what had to be done in order to get me a new roof. Since he was in my house and he could see my ceiling he told me that the solar panels were starting to affect my roof. Which I knew because I was already in touch with the solar company about my ceiling.
He gave me 2 prices one for them to remove the panels and replace them after doing the roof. But I had to get permission from the solar company, The other was just for the roof if the solar company took off the panels.
Solar company would not give them permission to take the panels off. I fought with them about it and told them that my ceiling was getting really bad with water stains.
Finally, after the adjuster came, he right away said that it was the panels that were causing the leaks and yes it was their fault. That was in April and I kept getting messages from the man that was handling my claim. I talked to him about what his company would do for me and it just seemed that it was going nowhere quickly. So I decided to try to make a deal with the solar company. Since my roof was 17 years old I would be willing to pay for the roof if they would remove and replace the panels at no cost to me. Because they wanted to charge me over five thousand to do so. When it was their fault for telling me my roof was in great shape. The panels were only on my roof for 2 or 3 years.
Grapevine pro did keep in touch with me and I told them what was happening with the solar company. Marc told me just let him know the date of the removal and he would put me on their calendar. It was 8 months of waiting for the removal date. Yet they were able to install a beautiful new roof in just day notice. They came here and within a few hours my old roof was off and the new one on and done.
This company was so wonderful to work with when I had all these problems holding them up and were one of the few that helped me. They came and did the job. Cleaned up afterwards, they did not leave anything laying about. Even the dumpster was gone from my house the same day. I would like to thank all the people that I dealt with in this company. Each and everyone of them were very professional. I would call them again for another job. Wonderful company!

We had a wonderful experience with Grapevine pro from day one! Excellent customer care and excellent staff! The window and door installers were on time and ready to work! They did an amazing job and they were very neat and cleaned up everything! Beautiful workmanship! I would highly recommend Grapevine Pro!! We couldn’t be more pleased!

The process from start to finish of my roof replacement was great. The staff and crew were very polite and knowledgeable of their jobs. I would recommend hiring The grapevine crew for your repair or replacement needs for your dwelling.

The shingles put on by a previous contractor were not good quality. We also have a lot of solar panels and it turns out the people who put them up didn't have the right tools so the bolts got stripped. Grapevine had to put up new brackets to hold the panels. Grapevine is a professional company and did a professional job putting up a new roof and taking down and putting up all the solar panels. They were respectful and courteous. They went over in detail all the work to be done. My advice is to hire a professional company and not be afraid to pay for a quality job because in the end you may pay more to fix what wasn't done right the first time.

Scammers, do not use!!! After getting a price from grapevine, they told us the cost and it can be paid in installments of $250 per month. They had me sign a contract and kept flipping the page, never gave me a chance to read it.A few days later we find out it's actually $350 per month with 12 percent interest. We decided it was to much.we let grapevine know that we are canceling and not to order the windows. They never replied. A few days later, we got another text from grapevine telling us they ordered the windows after we told them not to. Now we are being sued by grapevine for the cost of the windows that we told them not to order.

Materials and crew showed up on time. Edgar the chief installer took measurements and then explained in detail what he had to do to make the window installations fit just right. As he and his son were doing the installations Edgar kept informing me what he was doing and why he had to do it that way, very informative and educational. They were very organized, neat and clean. After the job was complete I was amazed how different my house looked, like a brand new side to my house! Based on my experience I would HIGHLY recommend Grapevine Pro. Hats off to Edgar and junior THE ULTIMATE PROFESSIONALS !!!!!!
