Mr. Gorman and his team are amazing. He REALLY knows how everything works, and will do everything to make sure you are taken care of. Workman's Comp can be scary, and frustrating at the best of times. Having Mr. Gorman and his team there locally gave my wife and I peace of mind knowing they were right there, and they could always be reached. In the end we took quite a large settlement and are happy to be done with workman's Comp. My family and I will always be grateful.

I should have known better when I found out that you had business dealings with Stephen Riley… You know that I have filed appeals and sent off paperwork that to be honest, should be the job of your lazy office staff that doesn’t know what is going on and cannot really be bothered. Let’s see, Hmm, Oh yeah that’s right, Wasn’t your staff holding a baby shower in your office during business hours? Yeah, definitely a busy group. So all your receptionist could ask me was, Do you want to talk about a settlement with Patrick? No , Listen I need to find out about the fax transmissions that I had Dr . Neuburger’s staff ,Angie Cristo send them to you so you could see if they had done an untimely response. That and the IME. But you don’t want to be bothered with appeals and such. No sense in fixing the injured workers, just get that settlement… Bet you don’t invite me to lunch or leave a honest response… Just my take on this outfit for the injured workers, if ya want fixed, don’t waste your time with Gorman Law… They will not help you with your appeals and denials……. And you will need a good lawyer to navigate the process of the appeals and denials, It’s laws and subsections of the law . You need a competent lawyer to help you navigate Worker’s Compensation Law. I was under the impression that is why you hire a lawyer to represent your case……….. thanks for nothing sir……….. Maybe you should do the right thing Patrick Your staff is almost unreachable unless you drive to your office or sit and wait for a couple of weeks for a response via email. Your receptionist was being rude and trying to get the desired response that she wanted, a settlement.. You really need to do the right thing Patrick. Let’s goin front of the judge and ask him about your plan for me getting the surgery on Medi Cal ? Just don’t say that it was a work injury is what you said That SIR is Welfare Fraud!!!!!!! Let’s go in front of a judge Patrick and see what they have to say about that? You really need to be honest. Only way your receptionist was going to make an appointment with you was if I was going to discuss a settlement… If I was you I would quit while I was ahead? Or do you want to talk about the cancellation of my appointment? It’s all about the settlement for you, nothing more…. Maybe you should run your business a bit more professional. Be honest, you told me that you would not help with appeals and denials. If you did that you would not make any money. Your exact words sir… I have pictures if you want to continue Like you help with medical denials? Here is your own website. I lost all faith in you when you suggested that I should get the surgery done on Medi Cal and not tell them that it was a work injury. You knew by the look on my face that you had misjudged my moral compass and outright breaking the law. Maybe you should just be honest with yourself and everyone else A Lawyer suggesting that you should break the law knowingly I’m sure that you will try to put your own spin on this and suggest that it was my fault? Or maybe you should apologize to me for misrepresenting your services? But I have no illusions that you will embrace the tactics that you and the insurance use, Deny , Depose, and the all important Delay.. Try to embrace your code of ethics that you swore to defend………

My experience with Gorman Law is it went flawlessly .P. Gorman handled the case with better results then he at actually said at first..have no complaints about this firm or the handling of my case from start to finish and yes I have a previous case with another firm to compare it too.

Very poor communication. Would have to email multiple times to get a response. Also, gave no direction what so ever at settlement time. Just here is your paperwork and good bye. Ended up costing me thousands of dollars. Do yourself a favor and find a different lawyer. Or represent yourself.

EDIT: The email your office sent Mr. Gorman was vague and had no direction whatsoever. Both myself and the other people who read it easily misconstrued the link - that I might add, went to a very generic government website with seemingly nothing to do with my case, as instructions on how to fill out the attached papers. When I contacted your office, they filed the form in less then two minutes. Why wouldn't you have just done that to begin with rather then send me on a goose hunt? Bad business sir. I'm going to make sure everyone knows the true story. Not the sugar coated fancy talk you put on the internet.
