This place gets a negative star !
The worst Wi-Fi you can imagine and people who just hang up on you and your left with no Wi-Fi for hours ..

A man came out to “service our connection” and when he left nothing worked or would connect to the Wi-Fi . But before he arrived, everything was working just fine. The ladies were rude and said that I was being rude when I just want my Wi-Fi when that’s exactly what we paid for do not trust these people do not give them your money.

No customer service my internet has been down for hours. I am calling the PUC to file, they should have the decency to list there outages and ETR on their website, they are not a real internet company...

I don't think they even deserve one star. We have had their service for a month and no joke almost every week we are having problems with this service. It is slow not the fast internet we are paying for and we lose the internet all the time. This company and the service is a joke. NOT WORTH THE $70.00 WE PAY FOR. This is one customer that will not be going through them anymore when our month is up. And total we have paid $140.00. total now

Horrible service! When it was Golden Valley Cable before it was sold, we had great internet. Now we have the worst internet possible! We are supposed to get 6 megs and we are lucky if we get 1 (ONE)!!

It doesn't do any good to call in about it because there's nothing they can do and have no plans to update any equipment. There is no after hours or weekend help either if there are any issues.

Unfortunately 1 ⭐ is the lowest I can do, otherwise I'd do -100 ⭐ if possible! I really wish that Tri-State wifi would cover this area!

I have had them for many years now, over 5, and the service is just okay, if you get the lady who is owner on the phone when you call in just beware, she can be a bit crabby. They do come out fast to try and fix issues but usually have a hard time finding it. Wish we had something better to choose from. Shoot in Phoenix my son can get over 200 and in Bullhead also, we are lucky to get 10-20 and it is more per month

Worst customer service ever. Who calls a new customer of 2 months complaining about how they can't find your payment and when you explain you paid it via Quickbooks. Then they say that they don't like their system and how they now have to do their job and look through 2000 payments to find yours. They send your invoice via quickbooks and when you pay it, they complain. Wow is all I can say. They must have enough customers to treat new ones this way and I was speaking with the owner. Do yourselves a favor folks and stay away from this cable company, my internet is not that great anyway. I don't get the speeds I pay for.

Guy showed up on time. Set up the new router l bought even though I didn't buy it from them. Went over the complete set up took the time to make sure we knew how everything worked. Saved major bucks. Works great.
