He was sent to my house by the claims adjuster of Travelers Insurance Company named Patrick Mcfadden. A branch had broke and ruined my roof and caused damage to my roof. So sent over one off travelers insurance HIRED GUNS as expected to write and say what the insurance company wanted. Mr. Ryan Mikesell, P.E. of Golden Forensics, LLC was the name of the person that came out who supposedly was a engineer which I highly doubt . He was so biased he pretty much said I was a liar and there was no damage to the roof by the tree damage that caused my room to have water damage from ceiling.. He knows if he wrote a honest report he would not get any more referrals from them I hope karma comes around for Ryan, who is very dishonest. If you ever have a engineer sent out for a second opinion sent by the insurance company and his name is Ryan Mikesell from Golden Forensics keep hi out of your place he is a hired gun.

This so called expert reviewed damage to my roof for Auto Owners insurance. What he said while at my property and the report he wrote could not be further apart. So if you run into the guy run don’t walk away. This guy gives a bad reputation to his industry. I must amend my previous negative review after getting access to his actual report and speaking with him directly. His report was very detailed and a fair assessment of the damage to my home. My insurance company on the other hand took bits and pieces of his report to suit their needs. Auto Owners Insurance has a history of very bad work practices as it pertains to hail damage to your house. Buyer beware do your homework before doing business with this company. Check better business bureau and the State Insurance complaints department before giving your hard earned dollars to this firm. My apologies to Golden Forensics.

I found these guys on my roof looking down at me through my skylight! No knock or ring of my doorbell while people are working at home because of Covid 19! None of them had masks, so when I went out to find out what was going on they they were! No masks! Today again, a man on my roof looking in my house! You guys are sick! The HOA may have hired you but you knew I was home!!! Next I’m calling the Police!
