I can't speak of others experiences, but our company has been processing with GETTRX for over 2 decades and we've never been tempted to leave. Others have tried to beat the rates and claim to have better technology, but they always fall short. We have a personal relationship with many in management and, despite being a high-risk eCommerce company, have never had issues with MID health. Every company operates differently and that will certainly impact your experience, but for our family-run business (we do well over 7 figures annually) has never had an issue.

One of the worst experiences I've had dealing with this mediocre merchant. After verifying documents for over a week and a half, they decided to close my account without notice. They claimed that there was suspicious activity on my account even after providing them with clear evidence that my business is a legitimate service! How dense and idiotic do you have to be not realize you're dealing with a 5-year old business. Please do yourself a huge favor and stay away from these clowns.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a merchant. After more than a week and a half of verifying documents, they abruptly closed my account without any notice, claiming suspicious activity. I had already provided clear proof that my business is a legitimate 5-year-old electric service company! How can you be so clueless? Save yourself the time and don’t do business with them!
