Dave is very helpful. I am not the most savvy computer user, so when I need help Dave is there. He always answers my phone calls in a timely manner, once he logs in to my computer , he listens to what I need to do with it. He then proceeds to fix the problem. I never feel like he talks down to me because I am not very computer smart.I would highly recommend them.

I ran into a problem with my PC's iTunes library. Based on a previous terrific experience I had with Glick's Mobile Computer Service, I again called for help. Clearly it was the right decision. Dave quickly identified my problem's cause, thoroughly explained it and the solution in non-geek terms I understood, and then fixed it. Have used Glick's Mobile Computer Repair it the past and had a great experience, fast and very complete.
Today's experience was over the top great. We had a phishing email that we accidently responded to and Dave was able to assure us we did no damage and forwarded the email to Amazon. This was all done on line and only took a a few minutes.
