Nice group of people but when we purchased our scanner we made it clear this was primarily for powerline scans and was assured it would work fine. Upon delivery we jumped right into a project for a new client and were never able to pick up the conductor and was told that the scanhead used would not be able to do what we needed but if we wanted to purchase another scanhead, for another 20k, that would probably work better. Wasn't thrilled with that response and our client was unhappy so we tabled the scanner for the winter and jumped back into other options for the following spring. Unfortunately every time we would go to test, or demo, or actually use the scanner we would run into constant software/hardware bugs with that, were always minor in the long term, would ground us while we waited a few days for support to come up with a fix or we were forced to come up with on the fly fixes to keep clients happy and meet timelines. Not ideal when you're a full days drive from the office or working on a shoreline project with a low tide timetable. Lost a lot of clients due to these "minor" issues and ended up with no confidence in our purchase. Upon reaching out to discuss a solution to offload the system we were told here's a third party reseller and after that zero attempts to rectify the situation with us and zero response back for what has become a very expensive paperweight. Unfortunately I can't recommend the team at Geocue and would recommend finding another group to work with.

My company recently purchased a new GNSS unit from GeoCue. So far I've been nothing but really impressed both with the hardware and support from this company. We were somewhat reluctant going with a brand new system that we haven't heard much about but the customer service that we received really helped sell us on it. very happy with our purchase and the support.
