They help individuals with utility bills especially millville and Bridgeton but vineland they do not take the vouchers from Gateway also try to go in with id proof of address all the bills you need help with and a drs note for air conditioning in the summer or all year round they will pay the whole bill . They do not pay water and sewer. The wait was not long and they were really nice and SAMANTHA needs a raise she was the quickest and put together individual I have seen who cared about our well being and gave me information about everything I was concerned about. That is the fastest I have seen the list go down.

The lady Samantha Jones was so ignorant and was laughing when I told her I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last year and I haven’t been able to work. Then also stated that she wanted to provide me with “Good News” and the Good News was that they could not help me with my Energy Assistance. I told her that wasn’t good news for me and she laughed. I don’t know what was funny at all about our entire conversation but it sounds like she was too stuffed from lunch to even care. Ignorant disgusting Lady who probably isn’t satisfied with herself so she thinks it’s ok to laugh at others!! I will be contacting higher authorities and discussing her rude behavior on the phone.

They are so hard to get through to. I get a notice that I have to contact them. The phones ring with a constant busy signal. I tried calling the other number and it’s telling me over and over that they’re closed in February. two dates that they will resume back the 21st regular hours. Its 8:49 am already in the morning. it says it’s open at 8:30 and I can’t not get through the phone lines it’s very irritating.

Went to fill at an application for cooling and the workers and the front desk women was on point I loved her personally and her style she was hello answers phone makkng copies and helping when people come in to sign in good vibe there great customer service

They are very thorough and it's never crowded inside. They've been helping me for 2 years with my electric thanks to them my electric stays paid and caught up and never been shut off.
