Early in 2008, with our attraction, EnterTRAINment Junction, set to open mid-year, we decided to go with Gatemaster as our sales system. It was the right choice! Every few years, when we have done our due diligence, we end up keeping Gatemaster because it can handle all our needs from ticket sales, merch sales, food & beverage, as well as party and event sales and bookings all at a fair price. Since we started with Gatemaster we have worked with many individuals from our early installation and training through the upgrade to the the Gatemaster Mobile system. Over time we have had the pleasure of working with Sondra (who trained us on the system, long before she became CEO) and EVP Tiffany, whose knowledge of their system is amazing. Their customer service from the beginning with Stephen, the Gatemaster founder, through Adam the webmaster, and, of course, Sondra and Tiffany has been great. Sadly, our owner is retiring and our attraction is closing but it was great to have Gatemaster as a partner from beginning to end.
