I love it when the person in the front greats you with a smile! The office staff is very helpful and friendly.

Love Dr. K.... Wonderful doctor. The BEST! Unfortunately he is only as good as his staff. I called his office this afternoon to inquire about getting a referral for a procedure. Was transferred to Stella (who wasn't sure what to tell me as she was a scheduler), but she put me on hold to speak to the referral dept. Over an hour later I disconnected the call. (after office hours). I am not sure what transpired after I was put on hold. As I said terrific doctor & I am sure this was a unique happening, but it did happen.

Dr. Kafrouni and his staff were very helpful in providing prompt attention to my needs of evaluation of digestive system conditions.
I appreciate their careful and courteous attention whenever I have visited Dr. Kafrouni or his office staff of Gastroenterology Consultants in Clear Lake City, Texas. They always have listened carefully to my concerns and questions, and thoughtfully answered all questions for me. Dr. Kafrouni is one of the very best doctors I have met over many years.

Dr. Kafrouni is an excellent Doctor Who actually listens to the patient. I wish getting a colonoscopy didn’t involve getting four different bills (facility fee, anesthesiologist, pathology, Doctor) but that certainly isn’t the doctors fault. The staff is very nice and very helpful.

I was very pleased with Dr. Michel Kafrouni. His office was crowded during my visit, but it was worth the wait. He is very honest, professional, and compassionate. I also appreciated that he makes you feel comfortable. It’s hard to find a good doctor, but thankfully he’s actually a great doctor. Highly recommend him!
