My company has been using GageTrak Lite for more than a year and just love it. It is simple, user-friendly and most effective for keeping up with scheduling and tracking status of tool calibrations. Money well spent. I don't recommend products lightly. I highly recommend. It deserves all the stars.

Software breaks and their support staff has scripts ready to fix the "issue". However they refuse to help you unless you pay a maintenance agreement that is $400 per license per year.

It honestly feels like the software breaks itself on purpose. Almost every other software company out there has common fixes available on their website for free. Why not just publish the common scripts?

Updated 6/12/20 in reply to their response: I think it's pretty clear that a company that takes over a year to reply to a bad review simply does not care. And their response boils down to, "We'll help you if it breaks badly enough to where you can't use it". I've been in the situation where the software has issues connecting to the database and support will refuse to do anything for you without paying them. Their response to my review is simply untrue.

Highly recommend! My complany has used GAGEtrak calibration software for over 20 years. The software has performed very well over the years. It has simplified the managment of our gauges and calibrations. We have approx 500 active gauges spread out over two states, 7 buildings, with 10+ persons responsible for different gauges. The system allows us to manage and maintain calibration gauges easily.
External ISO auditors always note the use of GAGEtrak as a strength in our Intergrated Management Systems. (We are certified to ISO9001, 14001 & 45001)
The standout here, though, is the personalized customer service from each person we have dealt with over the years. I recommend the maintenance plan, which allows you unlimited access to the customer service team for anything. These people are super friendly, as well as helpful.
I can't speak to the training programs, as I havent utilized those as of yet; however, we are planning to utilize the training in the next few months as we transition the database maintenance to others within our company.
