This place really screwed my friend Laurel Gourds taxes up. First off they charge her $125.00 to Electronic file the taxes..She was suppose to get 450.00 refund, Instead she got $45 finally deposited in her account at the bank, so she calls and I tell her they would have to amend it. Then they tell her they have to wait till after April 15 because they are booked and she’s already been waiting a month. Finally today she calls them and they tell her she has to come and sign it they still haven’t filed her taxes for her amendment. What kind of business is this They told her she would have to mail in her amendment so there’s no telling when she’ll finally get the rest of her refund. I think they owe her the money that they charged her to electronically file it because they screwed her up I hope no one uses this business ever!!!!!

I Have been using GGTax Service for over 20 years .. prices have went up a little bit over the years but they always help with whatever tax problems we have and any questions... and it's a local family business... that's a good thing...
