I appreciate them and I am one of those customers that when I have an issue, it takes some time to work out and they are always right there to handle it. Signed up with Future Digital for our phone system all the way from Wisconsin and we have loved everything about them. As soon as Jim was emailing me on a Saturday night and willing to call me on a Sunday, I knew there service would not be beaten by anyone. Two days after signing up our phones will delivered to our doorstep and I had an account rep ready to set my account up. I am getting TONS more features and WAY more lines than my old spectrum phones. On a Saturday night when we needed to make an adjustment to our voicemail message, I was able to email in and have it in place before business opening.

The phones are great and the service is even better!

Your representatives listened to the issues I was having with our printer from the first contact by phone to the onsite visit, and they resolved the matter quickly. On top of that, when he responded to the business, he ensured that the printers had the most current updates so the company could correct most of the issues remotely. He explained everything and assured me I understood what he did and why. As a company, your employees have excellent customer service.

We are a Copier, Printer Service Company.
Future Digital 360 reached out to us to service Copiers and Printers. We accepted and have completed 5 service calls for this company but they refuse to pay us for the services completed. We've been patiently waiting since the first service call in March to be paid.
This company sells Maintenance contracts to service Copiers an Printers but they call local independent companies like us to service your copiers and printers. I've reached out to Jim (Owner)several times and Pressy. They will not return my calls

UPDATE: Without consulting the network engineer (me,) a tech from Future Digital 360 removed the Cisco edge router and replaced it with some cheesey router he was familiar with. This caused me to lose remote access to the network, not to mention losing network metrics. Who rips out a Cisco edge router? This is a horrible rookie mistake and I warned FD360 about this two years ago when they tried to pull this garbage the first time, so I must remove two (2) stars. Does this tech have no grasp of what business requirements are? Never re-engineer a network that you do not understand. EVER!

TWO YEARS EARLIER

If you’re looking for a VOIP provider who will be there when you call and who will be by your side when the support issues come up, maybe call FD360. I am a technology consultant and I work with a lot of vendors on behalf of my clients. FD360 is right there in the pack of VOIP providers. They seem OK at what they do, for the most part.

One of my clients recently encountered a situation in which it decided it was time to quit getting beat up by Cox phone service. FD360 was contacted and a fresh VOIP system was installed. There were some significant configuration issues that cropped up post installation. Josh Taylor, the engineer assigned to the account, made the necessary config modifications to their cheesey Untangle router and the client is delighted to have reliable phones without the expense of Cox. Now, they just have the headaches that come with VOIP.

James Sauerhoefer, owner of FD360, is not the least bit shy about stepping in when the situation warrants it. You can tell in an instant that James is former Air Force. He’s firm, fair, unflappable, and driven. It’s confidence-inspiring knowing that James will be there if you or your client have questions.

FD360 is proving itself an adequate VOIP services provider. I wish I could comment on the sales staff at FD360, but I have not yet had the opportunity to work with any account execs.

No review is complete without speaking both pro and con. A criticism I have of FD360 results from nothing more than the firm being young. I’m considerably older than James Sauerhoefer and Josh Taylor and I have more years of business consulting experience. The only soft spot I can comment on with FD360 is that it would be well-advised to pay more attention to the customer’s unique business requirements. Many times a company will develop a product or service, then take rather a cookie cutter approach to deploying that product or service at the businesses it serves. We had an issue in that regard when FD360 installed the VOIP system for my client without fully understanding the client needs and network configuration, but a couple phone calls and a visit from Josh cleared the confusion and the VOIP system is mostly reliable now! So, if you engage FD360, make sure you ask many questions and maybe have your network support provider be part of the conversations with FD360.

Why are you guys speeding and tailgating people on the highway? Cannot imagine you need to be going 85+ on the highway and following people extremely close in the HOV lane when there’s open lanes for you to safely pass. Please drive safely.
