I been going to william fuller for many years 20+ years and they are so helpful. They helped us with taxes, documents and many other documents even pointed out things that I didn't know about.

Rushed through paperwork, lots of mistakes so had to redo all myself. Paid $800 for nothing. Was more worried about closing houses and people waiting instead focusing on information. Recommend saving time and money by going elsewhere

They get things done and are generally pleasant individuals. However, everyone takes their time finishing and leaving.
I arrived at 11 a.m. to complete my taxes and am still here at 2:05 p.m.
I left between 3 and 4 p.m.
I was upset because I had wasted so much time that I could have spent doing something else. There are only two or three people working in that office to assist you. They are bilingual (English and Spanish).

My tax return was stolen in 2018. That was my 3rd year filing with them. This young muscular man in the office on left hand side helped me. I waited for months, no sign of my return. I went back to ask him what was going on, he gave me the wrong number to call. Thank God for Google. I found out my return was sent to a bank account that was in Ohio. Never been in Ohio. There are thieves in that office. People beware. I would not recommend.

This place made us wait more than an hour. Just to make one rent lease. And they make us attend for a very long time. Honestly I really wouldn't come back. This is the first and last time I will be here. After long time waiting they did bad Job and a went to say to fix it and this Man Willian told me to leave or he'll call the police .. that's how they treat the costumers when you tell them to do the job Right that's why we pay for ... They are not a professional people I don't recommend anyone go there to waist your time.😠😡😡

They open at 9am but the only ones who arrive at this time are the secretary and the guy building his clientele. It's past 930 and even though I was the first one to arrive, I am still waiting. I have been filling my taxes with W. Fuller since I was 18 and 14 years later, it's time to move on. Punctuality is also part of professionalism and is crucial specially when you only have one day off a week but I guess no one cares unless it's their day off being ruined. Won't be coming back.
