I was very hesitant to work here because of all the bad things I’ve heard about it. I currently work here and the review I’m giving is strictly off my experience.. Everyone that I have dealt with nothing but nice. The trainer that I had was awesome and very helpful, any of the agents that I’ve come in contact with trained with were all very helpful, nice, and answered all my questions. Everyone’s quick to help somebody if they need it. They are very strict on attendance. I even asked them during my interview why they’re turn over rate was so high attendance..
It’s good pay and if it’s available all the overtime, you’re a little heart desires. And it’s an easy job. It’s an easy job.

update I wonder if the uppers of Foundever know how their managers treat people or better yet I am sure Bank of America would like to know just how Foundever represents them and how they don’t follow Bank of America protocol even though they pay Foundever to work for them… hmmm… but that’s neither here nor there!

Didn't say it was an app that needed to be downloaded that took extra time and you have to sign up for it. Then no one was in the team meetings room okay well it says I can also get called they didn't call either. Smh

I’m still waiting on my interview. A man did call and scheduled an interview, he was late calling me and then once he called he asked to reschedule. I rescheduled and he called that day and said they do not know when they will have another training and asked me not to call them and they would call me in the next couple months.

Good people overall. Great job opportunities unrealistic expectations. If you stand against improper functions you will be ousted allot like high-school you fit in or you don't. Watch your schedule they will gaslight you if your on the wrong team. The standards are entirely different than what the bank wants I signed up for customer service not to treat people like a factory processing packages people deserve better customer service. Please if you experience issues escalate it with EEOC or proper agencies to raise awareness of corrupt and hostile workplace environments internally is ran thicker than thieves trust no one.

Not sure about the whole company but one specific woman was very rude I called about an interview scheduled online and she got very hateful and rude automatically. I Pulled my application and said to hell with them. Next.

I worked here for 3 weeks. I’m very displeased with the way they operate the company. The TL’s talked trash about the other employees. I missed 2 days due to my daughter falling and getting a concussion was written up and given a final. Missed again due to having strep throat and DOCTORS note as well as proof i was running a fever of 102 and they fired me. Do not recommend working here. They are horrible at management.

I would this place zero stars if I could. This is a terrible place to work, they like they care but do not at all and make you feel bad if you are not working extra hours. They get on to you for everything!
Also I put in my 2 weeks, and my computer stopped working during my last 2 weeks and they were going to send me a new one. But my lead at the time told me I can go ahead and leave since I had a couple days left. When I tried coming back to the company they said that I had quit and did not put in my 2 weeks. I have tried reaching out to get it fixed but no one calls you back, I even had text messages to prove it. Do not work for this company, I had anxiety everyday at work and nothing I did for this company was enough.
